#OWS is bullshit!
Simple statement right?…by why do I believe it. Well I like people to get the fuck out of my way. I seem tolerant and in my job requirement it but but that's because I am comfortable in my skin and who I am. And with that calm comes a desire to not tell other people what to do. Thus...politics will never be my strong suit.
The reason I believe the OWS is bullshit (and Democrats too) and if mowed down would not shed a tear, is what i believe is the key to making my beloved capitalism work: personal responsibility, good work ethic, and gratitude.
And every person i have seen interviewed, every blog I have read, Every explanation i have said to me have NONE of those three things.
So that means: they are trying to destroy what i believe in…Well Fuck them…they are Bullshit (P.S. Please don't walk in front front of me against the light)
What they hell does that have to do with Heroes?…nothing.
My second favorite thing is Prominent actors and leaders fall in line with the #OWS…no surprises here so far…they all figured out ways to distance themselves from the greed the OWS hates enough to support them (Not sure which of the three rules that falls into)

So my picks are local, but my interests are with AZ. Kari Lake is the my kind of candidate. She knows the biz like no other …and is pissed at the lies she was forced to say from her editors in the last couple years. She hit the campaign like a fireball and hasn’t let up. AZ was a shit show in 2020, but had enough reasonable people to perform the audit…but not the courage to act on it. Trump Won 2020…I still believe that…the fraud was immense…and hopefully everyone will see one day. But for now…California…

On to the locals:
Mayor of Long Beach: Suzie Price
She is an Orange County Assistant D.A. and current 3rd District Councilwoman. She’s been endorsed by the LBPD and, most importantly, Bob Foster. As Mayor, Suzie Price will preserve our neighborhoods and quality of life.
District 3 LB City Council : Kristina Duggan
She has worked and raised her family in the 3rd District of Long Beach. Kristina was instrumental in electing Suzie Price as 3rd District Councilperson.
District 5 LB City Council: Ian Patton
He is President of the Long Beach Reform Coalition. He is dedicated to holding the Council and Mayor accountable to residents, not special interests. He has been active on numerous issues OPPOSING the sales tax increase, the illegal water tax transfer, the destruction of single-family zoning, and the defunding of the police.
District 9 LB City Council-There are no good choices
LA County Sheriff : Alex Villanueva
I did not want him when he first ran…but I am pleasantly surprised how well he handles the office. He now has my full support. He is the current Sheriff and a proven law & order leader that won’t allow the left-wing radicals to control his department. He believes in the 2nd Amendment rights and favors Concealed Carry Weapon issuance that allows honest citizens to protect themselves. He will stand up to the Gascon regime that has created the havoc we are seeing by putting criminals back on the streets without any consequences for their crimes.
LA County Water Replenishment Board, Div. 3: Mike Murchison
He is a Long Beach native who has spent his personal and professional life serving his community. Mike will bring his expertise with Commercial Development issues to provide innovative solutions to the problem of water sustainability.

Judges – This has two sections. The first part is a vote on which Supreme and Appellate Court judges we keep. The Second part is what Superior Court judges we elect.
Supreme and Appellate Courts
Here in California, we get to approve or disapprove judges on our Supreme Court and Appellate Courts. This is how we got rid of the infamous Rose Bird. Here’s a list of which judges should be tossed and which kept. Most are no good.

After a Shooting
When someone dies three questions must be asked:
Whenever a Celebrity Attacks President Trump.
To a straight person, the Q cover all the other letters.
BLM and ‘Believe All women’ exist because they justifiably never EARNED trust.
Lizzo is fat….the law that oppresses her is gravity.
In all other sports women use the same equipment as men…..Why don’t women use a baseball?
‘Never hit a woman’ does not apply to cops on duty.
The great capitalist society divider is IQ (education can add 20 points if you complete)
The government states all men are created equal…why does every Democrat law say differently?
G Maxwell was convicted of trafficking kids……to and for who?
A few leftist historians said that Donald Trump would be the last elected President…I was surprised they were right.
Trump is a ‘Liar and a Fascist’ statements will no longer be valid without 2 references.
If the BBBY decision to cancel My Pillow was political and not financial…then the CFO suicide is fitting not tragic.
Ranked choice voting is a workable system. But you must whittle down to two not 51%. Otherwise it can be gamed. It is a way to remove a primary from the election system…Using as a primary AND Main election destroys the one man one vote statute. (All that being said…..Sarah Palin will easily win November election)

Would have loved to have won that final 49er Game…but the clock is reset as the Playoffs begin.
Final tally for my picks this year: 147-124
Lets Go Rams!!!

The Final Week.
If the Rams win they are NFC West 2021 Champs. If Arizona wins and we lose we become the Wild Card.

Hi Martin!!
NCLB was a proven system in the state of Texas and is used as a reward and standards system.
First off ...It doesn't need fixing. It does what it set out to do....create a level and reward you for achieving that level.
It was never intended as a Robin Hood Fix... Money is not the problem...sorry to burst the bubble...Bad teachers...Bad parents are the problem and I'm sure Rhode Island is tired of paying for Arkansas's problems.
Now for the solutions...dissolve the Department of Education.
Now each state is responsible for the grades and achievement of its own institutions.
This will allow a 1% federal tax cut across the board that can be transferred to a property tax increase at the county level.
Then state and District solutions like vouchers, Graduation taxes for school funding and others can be tried.
P.S. maybe you should teach better...then you can have a piece of the pie too.
Construction for the wedding has had me a bit behind in most other things, but I think we are on track with a little more than a week to go.
Photo: Go – Video: Go – Hall: Go – DJ: Go – Pastor: Go – Honeymoon: Go- Rehearsal Dinner: Go- Stress: Go
All Fees are paid and only the elbow grease is left.
Still to go: Dress Alteration, Rear Screen (sew and paint), Paint Centerpieces, Program Printing, Seating Chart, Gift Box, Two More cuff Links, Organza Cutting
Amidst all of this the Rams played their second preseason game against the Superbowl champs Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This outing was much more solid and even without Marshall, Williams, Sehorn and Pace the team looked ready. Kurt Warner was on his game even though no passes went over 15 years. Each pass was a bullet and hit everyone in stride and on the numbers. The Rams marched all they way down the field on the number one defense without a glitch. The Defense kept all TB-s first string out of the end zone and scored a defensive touchdown to boot. Got the juices flowing and now can-t wait for the season to start.
S.W.A.T. (3.2 of 5)
Always digged they way Mark Shera whipped that repel rope around to the theme music way back before Star Wars made me all glassy eyed for sci-fi. That was one of the many instances of childhood TV that made me like the intros more than the show itself. Maybe I am built to cut trailers and intros more than anything else. Anyways-the 2003 version of S.W.A.T is basically a big budget version of FX’s-The Shield–if you love that show-you will love this movie. But there lies the problem–The Shield- is a TV show- I don-t want a TV show on the big screen. I pay the 8 bucks to take me farther, show me the bullet taking the guy down, show the cussing, and show the explosions. The written story is a good one: Make a misfit S.W.A.T. team, arrest the biggest crime lords son, offer 100 million to anyone who busts him out, drama and explosions galore. But the film is shot a little to episodically and the emotion of the situations is lost. The biggest problem for me was the restraints of the PG-13 rating they were going for. This needed to be gritty and it couldn-t be. The right people were in place: Colin was perfect, Jackson was perfect, Hell, even Josh Charles was perfect. But it all just clicked on a lower level that I wanted it to. But that-s just me-I ALWAYS want True Lies and T2. And a side note, while I understand when a trailer is made it is sometimes early in the editing phase of a film, and a shot or scene in the trailer is omitted from the final cut. This time around there were easily 4 shots and scenes cut from the trailer. When Michelle says-cause it tickles me- in the trailer-it was a deciding factor in me seeing the movie-and after watching the film-It needed it back in!
